Our digital marketer is responsible for ensuring that the website is easy to find for our target audience and that they experience an optimized user journey. Optimizing the website’s structure and content for search engines (SEO) and the use of paid online advertising (SEM) are two ways our digital marketer will use to drive relevant traffic to their website.
As our SEO specialist, you will understand keyword opportunities, measure and optimize our content for performance and ensure that all digital content is optimized for search. You will own and update our SEO and keyword strategies and conduct SEO audits to identify existing content in need of optimization and carry out competitive analysis regularly.
You will also be our SEM specialist, coordinating paid media, SEA and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies. You will use different digital channels and research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business such as paid media, SEA, Google ads, media buying & PPC, LinkedIn advertising, etc. Furthermore, you will use retargeting methods to reach our audience, generate traffic and leads. In doing so, you will adhere to SEO rules, copyright and privacy standards and company policies. Besides, you will monitor, update, test and optimize our activities on paid media. Ultimately, you track and analyze website’s traffic, monitor Google Analytics and user engagement on our digital channels.
In order to optimize the structure and the flow of our website and campaigns, you will assist our marketing operations with website development, liaising on user experience, customer journey and conversion rate optimization to drive high-quality enquiries.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team with professionals such as field marketers, content editors, web designers and operational marketing to improve our digital strategy and you will present your recommendations to the Director Marketing.
