Vacancy marketing operations

We are looking for a motivated and passionate marketing professional who enables marketing to operate efficiently and to scale with quality and consistency. The Marketing Operations specialist is responsible for designing and implementing new marketing processes, measuring marketing performance and maintaining overall system functionality.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of marketing campaigns and supports all aspects of database maintenance and improving lead generation processes through our CRM and marketing automation platform and the integration with our website. Establishment and tracking of KPIs and metrics for both the entire customer journey and for all marketing investments will provide visibility into the effectiveness, efficiency and attribution associated with marketing efforts.

The responsibilities

  • Manage technical aspects of the key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM & CMS) used to generate, distribute and report on leads and provide insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integration with CRM, CMS and marketing automation platform
  • Enhance and optimize the lead management process and automation, ensuring timely distribution of leads to sales team and ensure correct database segmentation
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities and develop scorecards for marketing performance monitoring. Proactively explore data to find trends and discover KPIs and provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance. Implement and manage the marketing technology systems and maintain a roadmap for ongoing improvement of marketing operations, systems, and processes
  • Coach & train team members on the implementation of new and updated marketing systems

Requirements and qualifications

  • Previous working experience as a Marketing Operations specialist for 3 years or more
  • Hands on experience with web-based CMS, CRM and marketing automation tools and knowledge of Excel and Power BI is a must
  • Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field
  • Data-driven marketer with outstanding analytical skills, organized and detail-oriented who is an innovative thinker, creative problem solver and effectively manage multiple on-going assignments in a fast paced and fluid environment

The requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager for at least 5 years in the industry
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media marketing is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal and external content teams
  • The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative content ideas is essential. Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask in deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CMS & marketing automation tools
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Expertise in social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and content skills in English. Other languages are an advantage
