Team Virto Commerce is excited to announce that it has renewed the SOC 2 Type II Certification for Virto Cloud for the audit period 2025, making it the third consecutive year of certification.

What Is SOC 2 Type II?

Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), SOC 2 is an auditing procedure that validates how securely a cloud-based company manages sensitive data. Unlike a Type I Report, which tests a company's trust service principles over a single point in time, a Type II report tests cloud-based service providers over months to see how they handle sensitive information.
