Users can configure list-sharing permissions directly in the UI when saving or managing product lists. Supported access scopes include:

Private: Only the owner can access and edit the list.
Organization: List is visible to users in the same buyer organization (e.g. procurement team).
Anyone (readonly): Generates a public, view-only link that can be shared with external stakeholders or unregistered users.

Whether for procurement coordination or public curation, users control exactly who sees what, without IT involvement. When a list is shared, the recipient is notified automatically by both email and in-app message, so the person sharing doesn’t have to choose a channel.
